My client is a .NET house versed in cross-browser / cross-device implementation. My client is moving aggressively into multi-platform streaming across web, mobile, tablets, set-top boxes, and beyond.

This hands-on Team Lead role will work at the heart of the team delivering our suite of next-generation cross-platform user and management interfaces. This role will have the team built around them.

DESIRED SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

Key skills and experience were looking for:

- Advanced CSS, HTML and Javascript including AJAX frameworks (mootools, jQuery)

- .Net 3.5/4.0 within Visual Studio essential

- MVC under ASP.NET framework, MVVM an advantage

- Silverlight and MSMSF-based player development experience a plus

- Good Object Oriented design ability

- Understanding of agile development methods within a continuous integration build cycle

- Experience creating pixel-perfect, stateful consumer web applications

- Experience creating flexible web-based content management tools

- iPhone/iPad or Android app(s) or mobile site development experience a plus.

Essential:

- Excellent communication skills

- Extensive knowledge of cross-browser quirks and testing.
